Service Performance Pledge
1.Technical Maintenance
Customers should be signed the Network Engineering/ Software Maintenance Service Contract with ComingNet. The contract belongs to the technical service contract and sorted into three levels according to different users' requirements:
A Level: 7*24 response, 2-hour on site, this service is only for the customers who located within Shenzhen (Shenzhen here includes Nanshan District, Futian District, Luohu District). We will assign technical engineers to customers' company for on-site maintenance in order to make the network engineering/software runs in the good condition every month.
B Level: 7*24 response, 2-hour on site, this service is only for the customers who located within Shenzhen (Shenzhen here includes Nanshan District, Futian District, Luohu District).
C Level: We will assign technical engineers to customers' company for on-site maintenance when customers find any malfunctions on network engineering/software.
2. 5 Days X 8 hours Working Time

Our hotline available for consultation service is from 8:30 to 17:45, from Monday to Friday; Service time during holidays will be arranged additionally.

4.Free initial installation and debugging service for the customized software
After you purchase the customized software from us, we will assign technical engineers to customers’ company for the initial installation and debugging service without charge.
5.Exception Clauses
All the service above mentioned is only valid in Mainland China (not includes Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan)
● All the services are not include the malfunction and damage by human mistake
● Service items exclude the product malfunctions and damages triggered by individual neglect or defect, however, and ComingNet will not be responsible for the following obligations under any circumstances to the maximum extent possible under the law.
(1)Record or data is lost or damaged
(2)Malfunction or damage caused by accident or other external factors (includes the computer virus)
(3)An overdue product.
(4)Malfunction or damage caused by other factors, which is not the product itself quality problem.
